GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This log book is your document - for what you suppose to do in your clerkship in surgery ,It involve all the activities that take place in the hospital which is described In your log book and timetable. Make sure that you perform all the activities in the timetable and documented them in your log book. And confirm that by the signature of the appropriate tutor (consultant, registrar or residence). Your attendance to the activities that take place in the college (timetable) will be documented by your fingerprint as usual. Wish you all the best in the course and waiting for verbal feedback.
